Positive: Everything was perfect! Very comfortable rooms with lots of space, very clean. The swimming pool and wide inner garden is definitely a plus. Cocktails and food are delicious. And above all a very welcoming staff!

Positive: Nice and spacious room with great view of the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Sey for check-in and check-out. I also enjoyed their complimentary tea of ginger and lemongrass.

Summary: Overall a good experience for leisure and seeing Angkor Wat.

Positive: Super friendly and accommodating. Lovely food, afternoon tea a lovely touch. Very reasonably priced and staff were amazing. Looking forward to coming again.

Negative: I thought the spa was on site, but actually only a minute away so not a problem.

Positive: The staff are exceptional and I don't think we have ever experienced the level of attention that we were given, by everyone! Price was excellent and walking distance to everything. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend The Jungle as it felt like coming home everytime we came back! And the pool was fantastic, nice and refreshing after a hot and humid day! Was very sad to leave but we will come back! It felt like we were giving back to the Cambodian people and not some rich foreigner. So be aware of where your money goes as the Cambodians need your support not the billionaires of our world!!

Summary: If you want an authentic experience then look no further than The Jungle. Exceptional!!!!

Positive: Nice pool ,friendly staff and beautiful rooms with poolside terrace. Really good beds and spacious bathrooms. Quality furniture both inside the rooms and outside on the terrace. Comfy sunbeds,always available. The garden is beautiful and feels like a jungle😀 The location is oerfect,close to nice restaurants but still very quiet. We were not disturbed by the construction nearby. The staff is really the best😀,always trying to help you and make your stay perfect in every way, and we never felt overwhelmed by their attention, only cared for in an honest and kind way. We were also allowed to keep our rooms for a late check out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Negative: A better lamp by the mirror in the room would make it easier when you want to put on make up. A shirt went missing in the laundry...so may be they should change the laundry service.
